Every home is different, so we start with a proper check before any work is booked in. This ensures the system is suitable for your home and installed correctly.

Handover & Setup

Before handover, we will:

• Show you how the system works

• Set ideal humidity levels for your home

• Ensure the app is working on your phone

• Answer any questions

Once installed, the system runs automatically in the background.

Step 1 - Home Site Survey (Approx. 1 Hour)

Before installation, we carry out a one-hour site survey to confirm your home is suitable.

During the survey we will:

• Measure humidity levels in each room

• Assess condensation and airflow patterns

• Confirm safe access to the loft

• Check existing electrics and identify any electrical work required

• Confirm system size and final installation plan

This visit allows us to design the system properly and avoid surprises on installation day.

Step 2 - Full Installation Day

The installation is typically completed in one full day.

This includes:

• Professional installation of the system (normally in the loft)

• Any required electrical connections

• Setup and configuration of the control app

• Balancing and optimisation of airflow

• Final safety checks

• System performance testing

The system is fully tested and commissioned before we leave.
